✅ Refund Policy

We believe in clear, upfront policies. Each product or service you purchase is governed by its own refund terms. Purchasing multiple products together does not change or extend the refund rules for any individual item.

1. 7-Day Song Challenge (“First Song in 7 Days”)

• Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase.

• Refund requests must be received in writing (via email) within this window.

• After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Digital Products (Vocal Presets, Bonus Modules)

• These products are instant-access digital goods.

• All sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage.

• This includes Vocal Preset Packs, Bonus Training Modules, and any downloadable templates or resources.

3. Memberships (Inner Circle: Core & Pro Tiers)

• Membership fees are billed monthly (or annually, if applicable).

• You may cancel anytime, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

• No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.

• Re-joining the membership after cancellation may require enrollment at the current public price.

4. Custom Services (Mix Fix, Song Audits, 1:1 Calls, Troubleshooting)

• These are custom, time-reserved services requiring personal time and expertise.

• Refunds are only available within 7 calendar days of purchase and before: a track has been submitted for review, or a call/session has been booked.

• Once work has begun or materials have been submitted, all sales are final and non-refundable. • If unredeemed, the service remains as a credit on your account and may be redeemed in the future. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.

5. Bundles & Multiple Purchases

• Refunds are applied per product category according to the rules above.

• Example: If you purchase the 7-Day Challenge (14-day refundable), a Vocal Preset Pack (non-refundable), and a Mix Fix ($297 service, 7-day refundable) together, only the Challenge is eligible for refund after 13 days.

The Preset Pack and Mix Fix remain non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

• By purchasing, you agree to abide by these refund terms.

• Initiating a chargeback outside of the stated refund windows will be considered a breach of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All course materials, templates, and resources are licensed for personal creative use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any templates, presets, or educational materials in whole or in part.

Sharing login details or redistributing materials outside your personal account violates these terms and may result in immediate loss of access without refund.

8. Participation in Live Calls & Recordings

Live coaching calls and community sessions are routinely recorded for educational and promotional purposes.

By participating in a live call or submitting questions, you grant permission for your audio, video, and shared work to appear in these recordings.

Clips from calls or replays may be used in future educational content or marketing materials without additional notice or compensation.

We will not share personal or sensitive details outside this context.

For any concerns about privacy in recorded sessions, please contact us before attending the call.

9. Account Access & Security

Each membership or course purchase is for a single individual.

Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

10. Payment Obligations

You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file for recurring membership or installment payments.

If a payment fails or is past due, access to the community, course, or services may be paused until the balance is resolved.

Late or failed payments do not qualify for partial refunds for the missed period.

11. Results Disclaimer

We provide proven systems, education, and guidance — your results depend on your own effort, practice, and application.

We do not guarantee any specific creative, financial, or professional outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

By purchasing, you agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of California.

13. Privacy & Data

We collect and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By purchasing and using our services, you consent to this data handling.
